It was a great office visit; less than 30 minutes! However, since I drive over 100 miles to come for an office visit, it would be nice to have the option of taking an xray and urine specimen at a local lab. Especially with the price of gas!

When I arrived for my appointment his nurse informed me that Dr. Osborne was not there, he had been called to the ER. The front office staff was not aware that he was gone. His nurse performed the tests that she could and I was told that Dr. Osborne would follow up with me at home. His nurse called later and said the front office staff would call me to schedule a follow up appointment. I waited 2 days and then called them to schedule my next appointment.

Very pleased with Victoria, clinical staff and Dr. Whitworth. They are excellent! However, office manager, Lori, has been beyond vile upon every encounter. Her customer service is poorest I’ve witnessed. She has literally caused me to change providers. That is sad!

I’ve seen Dr. Passarella several times over the past year and a half with kidney stone issues. He always takes the time to carefully explain everything that’s happening and very patiently answers all my questions. Most recently I needed outpatient surgery to remove a small stone. Dr. Passarella went out of his way to schedule surgery to accommodate my vacation schedule. I have also found his staff friendly, patient and supportive. I hope I never have any more kidney stone issues, but if I do, Dr Passarella would be my choice.

My urologist has been treating me for many years. This recent visit was just the same. The nurse was highly supportive, the appointment was on time, and Dr. Fagerli’s exam was thorough. He took the time to explain what was to happen, and after, what the result was. It was a completely satisfactory experience.

Dr. Israel is an excellent Urologist. He expertly diagnosed my BPH and also helped me to understand and navigate through the many BPH treatment options to find the best approach for me. I have also found him to be very personable and he has always given me enough time to carefully answer all my questions. His nurse, Ms. Allen-Waddy, is the consummate professional and has been so very kind in helping me through the procedures.

The staff here are great! They give you the care you expect and are much more then your general doctors office visit. Every time I come here the office staff are on a first name basis and Dr. Fagerli, is excellent. Completely thorough asks questions and will always give me a more then thorough exam. Ultra sound x-rays. He really knows what’s going on. Also great to work with since I don’t have insurance. Love them!!

Dr. Julian Fagerli has been my urologist for many years (Dr. James Masloff attended to me before he retired). Kidney stones, prostate issues, a hernia, he takes care of everything. He is whip-smart, listens well (he understands that God gave us two ears and but one mouth for good reason!), and is very conservative in his approach to doctoring. He takes great care to explain his diagnosis and his proposed treatment. Both he and his nurse, Zelda, are first-class professionals and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Appointment was on time. Assistant (Zelda?) was efficient, cheerful and caring. Dr. Fagerli read my CT scan report and did same day cystiscope to confirm diagnosis. Answered all my questions and concerns – was optimistic about recovery. Dr. Fagerli also had suggestions on how we would proceed if further intervention is needed. Dr. Fagerli let me know that this is a team effort! My husband was with me at my office visit and had his concerns addressed also.
